<p><strong>Renaissance is a platform started by an IWSBite(Jaydeep Mandal) along with Amit Sharma(BE-DCE,MBA-UCLA,USA), Nishant(12 yrs wrk ex in media), Tarun Jain(Executive-E-ValueServe),Sombodhi(Executive-Accenture) & Koel(MBA-AIMK); which seeks to help inventors in taking their products or prototypes to the next level and building a commercially viable business model. There are thousands of budding entrepreneurs distributed around the country, and organizations like the National Innovation Foundation have made an effort to document these inventors in a systematic fashion. However, a systematic set of steps needs to be taken before these inventions can be successfully commercialized, including arranging for funds, developing a team, doing market research, and developing distribution channels. The purpose of Renaissance is to help the thousands of potential entrepreneurs build these business elements around their ideas, prototypes and products, thus radically enhancing the overall innovation output of the country.</strong></p>
<p><strong> We have registered Renaissance Consultancy as a partnership firm in June’09 for consulting innovation commercialization & entrepreneurship promotion domain to various Govt. & non-Govt. organisation. Berhampore Sarvodaya is a registered(from Nov’07) society within Renaissance platform. We are in process of registering our third for profit company for technology commercialization, </strong></p>
<p><strong> We got a project from CII i.e. CII Raunaq Singh Innovation Grid- a portal for ideas to enterprise process guidance & one stop innovation shop. We are developing this portal for CII.</strong></p>
<p><strong> We are also working on a project for commercializing grassroots innovations through Technology Licensing, funding support, Mentoring, Incubation funded by NIF. </strong></p>
